Day-to-day running of the building is overseen by Dolphin Quays’ concierge team, who provide round-the-clock security and concierge facilities.

If a problem arises that they cannot resolve directly, they will bring it to the attention of Glide’s management. There is also a maintenance book kept in reception, in which residents are invited to report issues.
