Door Entry

Dolphin Quays’ reception is manned 24 hours a day, so the glass front door is usually open.

The lifts in the ground floor lobby are accessible only with a coded security card or fob. This card also controls access via secondary external doors and access from the car park.

After 9 pm and whenever the security officer leaves the foyer, the front door will be locked with access using your access card via the panel on the right side of the front doors.  Guests visiting the building can either present themselves to concierge, or use the external door-entry system if concierge is unmanned. Please do not let anyone into the building who is not known to you personally, and be aware as you enter of anybody who may try to follow you in.
