Ground Rent and Service Charges

Ground rents and service charges are payable twice a year, in advance, on 25th March and 29th September. Just over a month prior to each date, Glide submit invoices to all leaseholders for payment by the due date. The request will include details of payment methods.

Owners are reminded that they should pay their charges promptly – late payment can affect the smooth running of the block and late payments will attract penalty interest charges.

The annual service charge is calculated by reference to an annual budget, previously agreed between the Residents’ Management Company and the Managing Agent. Any surplus or deficit is returned or demanded in the following year. In practice, great care is taken to match the budget as closely as possible to anticipated expenditure.
