Be aware that residents should not:

  • Hang washing or other items from balconies or windows;
  • Park motor vehicles within the car park in any car parking space other than the allocated space or spaces;
  • Use any machine which is audible from outside the Property;
  • Place a ‘For Sale’ notice anywhere on the Property;
  • Do anything which may be a nuisance, annoyance or disturbance or cause injury or danger to any neighbouring owner or occupier.
